Real Estate is a perfect first investments; it gives you an opportunity for financial growth, a tax shelter if you have a mortgage and provides a roof over your head.
It does not have to be a complicated or a scary experience to buy and/or sell real estate; I provide a detailed step by step list of things that need to be done so all parties involved know their responsibilities; then I follow up to make sure they are done.
Buying and Selling in its most basic form is nothing more than a trading game. I ‘ll take your house if you want this pile of money. My job is to find a way so the trade takes place and everyone gets a fair deal.
One of the best things about real estate is getting people what they want. A buyer that loves your house, a house that is loved by the buyer.

Beside working with buyers and sellers, my favorite pastimes is cooking and taking care of my family. I graduated with a degree in Business and International Finance, worked in International Banking overseas. I am also a profesional interpreter/translator (English/Spanish) and a full time real estate agent. My new hobby is solving Sudoku puzzles.
South Florida is the place I call home, Fort Lauderdale (The Venice of America) is a great place to live and work in the real estate business. The hundreds of miles of beautiful waterfront residences, golf communities, beautiful condos or townhomes developments makes this one of the best places to live an work.
